Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01-04-2025

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of InfluCollabs (“we”, “our”, or “us”), including advertisers, brands, and influencers who use our platform or services. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. Campaign Payments

All campaign payments made by advertisers to InfluCollabs are considered as confirmation to begin influencer sourcing, coordination, and campaign execution. Once the process has started, refunds are generally not applicable except under specific conditions.

2. Refund Claim Window

Refunds can only be claimed within 7 days from the date of invoice. Refund requests made after this period will not be entertained under any circumstance.

3. Eligible Refund Conditions

  • The campaign has not been initiated (no influencers shortlisted, approved, or notified).
  • A duplicate payment was made due to technical or processing errors.
  • InfluCollabs cancels a campaign before influencer onboarding.
  • If influencers were partially accepted but the campaign did not start, a refund will be provided on a pro-rata basis for the unaccepted influencer count.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Campaigns already initiated or influencers confirmed.
  • Advertiser cancels or modifies campaign after influencer confirmation.
  • Delays caused by advertiser or changes in campaign brief.
  • Payments for non-refundable services such as subscriptions or platform fees.
  • Disputes between influencer and advertiser once campaign execution begins.

5. Influencer Payments

Influencer payouts are made only after successful completion of deliverables and advertiser approval. Once processed, influencer payments are non-refundable. InfluCollabs is not responsible for refunds in case of incorrect bank or payment details provided by the influencer.

6. Refund Request Process

  1. Email support@influcollabs.com with your campaign ID, invoice number, payment details, and reason for the refund.
  2. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be approved based on campaign progress and the number of influencers already onboarded or confirmed. All such cases are handled at the sole discretion of InfluCollabs management.

8. Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through banks or payment gateways without first contacting InfluCollabs. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

9. Disputes and Jurisdiction

In case of any disputes or disagreements arising from payments, refunds, or campaign execution, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual communication.

For any unresolved legal matters, the jurisdiction will strictly be under the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
